Monday-Thursday (9am-11pm):
£200 per day
or £25 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
Friday-Sunday (9am-11pm):
£250 per day
or £30 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
SETUP CHARGES:
The per day hire rate includes an initial basic setup to be agreed at time of booking, to include:
Hanging blackout curtains, initial set up of our photo/film lights, stage units, sound systems and/or projector.
Additional setup work can be provided by us to be agreed prior at a rate of:

We regularly work with a large team of creative professionals in our wider community and will happily to recruit a team for your project including: videographers, photographers, live sound and recording engineers, livestream technicians, set and lighting designers, carpenters, set build crews and video editors/graders.
RENTAL TERMS:
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book a date – dates can be changed with reasonable notice but refunds remain at our discretion. Full payment must be received prior to the date of the booking.Hire rates are subject to change over time but you will receive a fixed rate at time of booking.
Kunstraum’s purpose is to offer free or subsidised space to artists and organsiations with roots in the African & Caribbean Diasporas and People of Colour of the world, who would not otherwise be able to realise their artistic projects. If this sounds like its for you, then we are very happy to offer a rate which fits within your budget.
COMMUNITY CONTRACT:
